One 720p HD video is $9.99. Crew gives you 3 for $14.99 ($5.00 each) and Pro 10 for $39.99 ($4.00 each). Prefer 480p? Every pack makes twice as many videos at 480p. Each video is 11 seconds, 9:16, as an MP4 plus a GIF, with no watermark.
Failed generations are refunded to your account automatically. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already used are not refundable. If a finished video has a serious defect (the face is clearly not you or the pet is clearly a different animal, the body is visibly distorted, or you or your pet are missing), email us within 7 days: only after a manual review approves it do we add credits for one free re-generation, at most once per video.
